REGULAR PANELS DATABASE

Are you interested in helping with food tasting research? The BYU Sensory Lab is always looking for new panelists to come in for taste panels. Simply click the button below and you will be prompted to fill out a short survey.

  • Once in the database, you will be periodically sent an email with a another brief survey to see if you qualify for a particular panel.
  • If you qualify for a panel, you will be able to set an appointment to come into the Sensory Lab. Participation in a panel will take approximately 15 minutes and you will be compensated $3 (or the amount specified during recruiting).
  • You may voluntarily remove yourself from the database at any time. We currently have two databases. You are welcome to sign up for both databases by clicking on both blue buttons on this page and completing both surveys.

CHILDREN'S PANEL DATABASE

We sometimes have panels and focus groups that children can be a part of. If you are in the Provo area and interested in having your 7-17 year old child(ren) participate in taste panels, please fill out this survey to be added to our database. Taste panels are usually about 15 minutes while focus groups run about an hour long. Sometimes we need parent and child pairs and sometimes we only need children.
