Nutritional Science research laboratories in the EyringScienceCenter at
BYU total over 4200 square feet.
Facilities for housing and maintaining small animals are included.
Studies in cell culture, in animal models, and in humans are conducted using
state of the art instrumentation to examine molecular roles of nutrients,
study nutritional physiology, and perform nutritional assessment.
Conference rooms, reading rooms, project rooms, and computer rooms are
used for the conduct of non-laboratory research in eating behaviors, nutrition
education, dietetics management and dietetics education.
